I am writing to let you know that, without exception, every Ongaro employee I have dealt with has been outstanding. This begins with the charming people who answer the phone down to the hordes of workers that have been at our house. Maybe not hordes, but with the inspection, new furnace, new hot water heater, moving the vent pipe, etc. there have been many and each and every one of them has been polite, professional and very patient with me. John, you have been a pleasure to work with. We love our new, efficient furnace and equipment. Thanks to all of you.

I thought you should know what a pleasure it was to do business with Ongaro & Sons. Your input as to the selections of a new furnace for our home is greatly appreciated. I feel confident our selection will bring many years of comfort to us. More important to a homeowner is the quality of the work performed by the installation crew. In these busy times, I have witnessed quite a bit of sub par work by many trades. Please let Doug and the crew know how impressed I was with the installation of the new furnace and ductwork in our home. The attention to detail and professionalism of these gentlemen should be recognized. Any time work was done outside of the basement, booties were worn, floor covering was installed between the door and the basement and the house was left clean upon completion of the first day's work. Upon completion of the work, all of the affected areas [around the home] wereleft as they were at the start of the project. All of my questions were answered and any concerns were quickly addressed. I feel these men went beyond the call of duty and are professionals through and through. Thank you for making our home a more comfortable place to live.

Brent and Austin endured sweltering heat in our attic during a heat wave to install an air conditioning unit. They were extremely friendly and worked very hard to complete the job when most people would have quit until it cooled down.
